Human resource meter
The HR monitor is a kind of pulse meter that measures the health of the company in real time every month.
Skólamatur conducts a monthly job satisfaction survey with human resources measurements and listens to what is on the staff’s mind. The results of the measurements are useful for managers who intervene in cases earlier than otherwise.
The goal is to improve the working environment, reduce employee turnover and increase job satisfaction.
